Digital X-Rays

a digital x-ray. At Al Battikhi Orthodontics, the latest technology is used to examine your smile and
ensure it’s healthy.

The are two types of digital x-rays available:

Panoramic X-Rays

A 2D dental x-ray that examines the entire mouth from teeth to upper and lower jaws and
surrounding structures and tissues. It helps identify any jaw abnormalities, tumors, cysts, and
cancer.

Cephalometric X-Rays

Let’s take a complete side radiographic image of your face using the cephalometric x-ray. It
captures your teeth, jawbone, and soft tissues and enables our dentists to plan the next step for your
treatment.
